Kindergarten went to the Grand Opera House in Galveston to see Pirate School! During the performance, the kids were taught the finer points of light-hearted mischief and lessons on how to stand, talk, sing, and laugh like Buccaneer! #tgs2425 #whygalloway
Our 1st-grade class went to Main Street Theater this morning and enjoyed seeing Sleeping Beauty: The Musical! #tgs2425 #whygalloway
PK3 had the opportunity to observe one of the biggest pumpkins we have ever seen! They used their 5 senses (and some facial expressions) to discuss what it was like! #tgs2425 #whygalloway
Another successful chapel with our Head of School, Dr. Heruaf this morning. Since our Fruit of the Spirit this month is Peace, Dr. Heruaf spoke about how giving our fears and anxiety in all situations to God will bring us Peace. We also recognized some Galloway School cheerleaders! These individuals are always cheering for us, whether it be here at school or in our community!
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Philippians 4:6

To celebrate National STEM Day last Friday, our 4th and 5th graders went to the Tech Fest Expo! Their organization provides exposure to technological resources that empower and inspire youth to effectively use technology to access, evaluate, create, and communicate information to enhance their life-long learning skills for future progress! #tgs2425 #whygalloway
