Our second graders took their learning to new heights on a field trip to iFLY, an indoor skydiving center! 🌬️✨ Students explored hands-on STEM lessons about gravity, force, and motion—then experienced those concepts firsthand as they soared in the wind tunnel! ☕️ Entrepreneurial Spirit in Action!
Our fifth graders are putting their entrepreneurship lessons into practice by launching a coffee bar for families during our Wednesday chapel. 💼✨ From planning and pricing to serving with a smile, students are learning valuable real-world skills while creating a warm, welcoming experience for our school community. #tgs2526 #whygalloway

This week in chapel, Dr. Herauf led students in exploring the Fruit of the Spirit—Peace. He asked students to reflect on how they find peace and what brings them peace in their daily lives. From quiet prayer to time with loved ones, our students shared beautiful reminders that true peace comes from Jesus and fills our hearts even when the world feels busy. 💙 #tgs2526 #whygalloway

Student Council will be hosting a food drive for their November charity event, November 3rd-20th. The food will be donated to the Houston Food Bank. We will have boxes in the foyer for donation drop-off! .

🔬💧 Our third graders became young scientists this week as they explored mixtures and solutions in the lab! From combining solids and liquids to discovering which mixtures can be separated, students learned through hands-on experiments and a lot of curiosity. 🧪✨Learning science is always better when you get to mix things up! 😉 #tgs2526 #whygalloway

✨Chapel Highlight✨ This week, our students continued to learn about the Fruit of the Spirit — Joy! 🍋💛 Dr. Herauf led an exciting demonstration using balloons and fire 🔥🎈 A balloon filled with only air popped when held over the flame, but a balloon filled with water didn’t — just like when we’re filled with true joy from the Holy Spirit, we can face life’s challenges without “popping” under pressure. 💧✨ What a powerful reminder that real joy comes from within — from God’s love in our hearts! 💛 #tgs2526 #whygalloway

🌲 Our second- and third-grade students had an incredible time at Camp Allen! 🌞 From exploring the great outdoors to learning through hands-on activities, this scenic retreat provided the perfect mix of fun, faith, and friendship. 💚 Camp Allen offers students a chance to grow closer to God and one another while discovering the beauty of His creation through outdoor education and recreation. 🏕️✨ #tgs2526 #whygalloway
